By accessing and using the services of Safe Haven Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any coaching services.

1. Nature of Services
Safe Haven Coaching provides life coaching and personal development support. These services are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, behavior change, and personal growth. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional.

2. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with care and confidentiality. While Safe Haven Coaching is not a HIPAA-covered entity, we voluntarily follow HIPAA-aligned standards to protect your privacy. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or when disclosure is required by law.

3. Session Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are booked in advance through our online booking system. It is your responsibility to attend sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Please see our full Refund Policy for more details.

5. Client Responsibility
Coaching outcomes depend on your active participation, honesty, and commitment. Safe Haven Coaching does not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for your choices and actions both during and outside of sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Safe Haven Coaching — including worksheets, resources, and session materials — is for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, or access to other users.

8. Changes to Terms
Safe Haven Coaching reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and effective immediately upon publication.
